Import Content to a Master Datasheet
This topic describes how to import content from a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to a master datasheet. This is useful if you want to quickly edit existing rows or add new rows to one or more master datasheets without having to open and modify each master datasheet in Smartflow separately.
You must have configured Import Key Columns on the master datasheet before you can import to it. For more information, see Edit Master Datasheet Settings.
You can create a template file for the import by first exporting a master datasheet. For more information, see Export a Master Datasheet Configuration. After exporting and modifying the content in the spreadsheet, you can then import the file. The import file only needs to contain the changed or new content for the master datasheet; it does not need to contain the entire master datasheet. Existing content that is not modified by the import file will remain unchanged in the master datasheet.
Note: Master Datasheets is a separately licensed module and must be enabled in Admin
> Modules before the functionality can be used.
