Export a Master Datasheet Configuration

This topic describes how to export a master datasheet configuration to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. This is useful if you want to create a template file that you can modify and then import back into Smartflow to quickly update or add content to one or more master datasheets.

Note: Master Datasheets is a separately licensed module and must be enabled in Admin  > Modules before the functionality can be used. You must have the

1. In Admin  , from the Access Admin Function primary drop-down list select Export / Import Configuration. From the secondary drop-down, select Export Master Datasheet, and then click Go.
2. Select the master datasheet you want to export, and then click Export.
3. In the Export File Type dialog box, select XLSX and then click Confirm. The file is downloaded.

After modifying or adding content to the spreadsheet in Excel, you can import the file to update the master datasheet(s). For more information, see Import Content to a Master Datasheet.
