Access and Edit Translations in a Datasheet
In a datasheet or master datasheet, you can access and edit language translations for a Phrase type cell, as well as specify which version of the translation to store alongside the source language phrase text. Additionally, in a master datasheet you can specify which languages to sync to the Phrase, so each datasheet shows only the languages that matter for its region or product line.
The link between the Phrase Library and datasheets allows you to use master datasheets as a source of content for multilingual label or artwork printing because the database stores the selected phrase and its chosen translations together for printing and API output.
Note: To access translation phrases in a datasheet, an administrator must enable Translation for Phrases in the Master Datasheet Settings. For more information, see Edit Master Datasheet Settings.
