Using Directory Groups

You can use directory groups in Smartflow to automatically update users and their roles and group assignments in Smartflow using data from your existing Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) or Azure Active Directory (AAD) service. This allows a Directory Service Administrator to manage users and their roles and groups via LDAP or AAD and not have to duplicate efforts to add those users into Smartflow.

Before creating a directory group, you must add your directory service to Smartflow. For more information, see Configure Directory Settings.
