Configure Directory Settings

Use this procedure to add and configure a Directory Service, such as Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) or Azure Active Directory (AAD), to Smartflow.

  1. Go to the Admin  page.
  2. From Access Admin Function, select Loftware Setting > Directory Settings, and then click Go.
  3. Click Add New Directory.
  4. On the Add Directory Settings page, for Type, select the  LDAP or AAD.
  5. For Domain Name, enter the directory domain.
  6. Select the is Enabled check box to enable the domain for use in Smartflow.
  7. Configure the fields on the Connection Settings, User Property Mapping, Existing User Verification, and Migrate User Setting tabs.
    • If you want to automatically create Smartflow users from the Directory Service, select the Enable Create User via Synchronization check box on the Connection Settings tab.
  8. Click Confirm.
