Configure Task Invite Settings

Administrators can manage how users in Workspace  are able to invite other users into a workflow. For information on inviting users to a workflow, see Add an Additional Reviewer or Approver. To configure invite settings, do the following.

1. Go to the Admin  page.
2. From Access Admin Function, select System Setting > Invite Settings and then click Go.
3. For Invite Setting - Artwork, select the following options as desired to control the access to the invite function during an artwork approval task.
   1. Invite Option - Review
   2. Invite Option - Soft Approval
   3. Invite Option - Hard Approval
4. For Invite Setting - Decision, select the following options as desired to control the type of invite function that is allowed during a decision task.
   1. Invite Option - Review
   2. Invite Option - Decision
5. Click Confirm.
