StatusUser Interface: Remote Site Status

If your permissions permit, you can use Remote Sites in StatusStatus to view information for all Remote Sites in your environment.

Note: Data displayed in StatusStatus is not dynamically updated. To update the data, refresh your browser.

Tip: You can click a table header to sort the table by that column. Also, for any table column for which a search box is displayed, you can enter search text to filter the results displayed in the table.

The following commands are available in the Remote Site status toolbar.

View Devices at Remote Site

Open the StatusStatus > Devices page filtered to the selected Remote Site.

Configure Remote Site

Open the Remote Site in Devices Devices.

Property

Description

Name

The unique ID of the Remote Site.

Max Devices

The maximum number of devices associated with the remote computer that may be configured for use with Spectrum. To modify, select the row of the Remote Site and click Configure Remote Site Devices in the toolbar.

Last Contact

The most recent date and time when the Remote Site had contact with the Loftware Print Agent or Remote Print Agent.

Version

The version of the Loftware Print Agent or Remote Print Agent.

Installation Date

The date and time when the Remote Site was created in Spectrum.

Description

The description for the Remote Site. To modify, select the row of the Remote Site and click Configure Remote Site  Devices in the toolbar.

Token

An alphanumeric token allows a Spectrum Application Server to identify a Loftware Print Agent that attempts to communicate with Spectrum. A token is unique to the Remote Site with which it is associated. This token does not participate with authentication. Username and password are used for authentication.
