Assign User to a Team

Use this procedure to assign a user to an existing team in Smartflow.

  1. In Admin  , from the Access Admin Function primary drop-down list, select User & Company. From the secondary drop-down, select Add/Edit User, and then click Go.
  2. In the Add/Edit User page, next to the user, click Teams .
  3. In the Associated Teams dialog box, click Edit.
  4. In the Not assigned list, select the user that you want to add to the team, and click Add to move the user to the Assigned list.
  5. Click Confirm to save the changes to user, and then close the Associated Teams dialog box.
