Assign User to a Security Group

Use this procedure to assign a user to an existing security group in Smartflow.

  1. In Admin  , from the Access Admin Function primary drop-down list, select Security Groups From the secondary drop-down list, select Add/Edit Security Group, and then click Go.
  2. In the Add/Edit Security Group page, click Assign User next to the group.
  3. In the Associated Users dialog box, click Edit.
  4. In the Not assigned list, select the user to include in the security group, and click Add.
  5. Click Confirm to save the changes to the security group, and then close the Associated Users dialog box.
